Slowdown with Water Spells - Guild Wars Forums

I've been trying to figure out what exactly gets slowed down by a water spell from an elementalist.

Is it just walking/running? What about attack speeds? Spell casting speeds?

"Movement Speed" so most likely (and from what I've seen) just walking.
